1. For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the COLMI Ring on your index finger.   Middle and ring fingers will also function normally.

2. The diameter of COLMI rings may not be completely in line with international / universal dimension standards.  Please measure your finger circumference prior to purchase and then select the correct size from the chart.

3. How to start:  Charge the COLMI Ring with the included charging cable.  The heart rate light will light up to indicate successful startup.  Then you can use the APP "Qring" to connect the COLMI Ring.
