Bonkers for Tech Toys Shipping Policy

Thank you for considering Bonkers for Tech Toys.  We aim to provide you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience.  We are currently employing the drop shipping business model for all of our listed products.  Please review our shipping policy below for a complete understanding of the process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.  Once your order is processed, it will be forwarded to our international manufacturing partners for fulfillment and shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during peak season or promotional periods.

Shipping Time and Delivery

We partner with reliable suppliers to offer you a wide range of products and each manufacturer provides their anticipated shipping times for each item, at the product level. 

The following estimates are a general average for our Canadian and US markets:

Standard International Shipping: 10 - 30 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped domestically or internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  Bonkers for Tech Toys is not liable for any delays or fees incurred due to customs processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bonkers for Tech Toys cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.  If you have not received your package within 30 business days, please contact us at bonkersfortechtoys@gmail.com for assistance.

Multiple Items in One Order

Due to our use of multiple suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, even if ordered at the same time.
