Return Policy

Here at Bonkers for Tech Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we use international drop shipping suppliers (primarily from Alibaba, AliExpress or such similar platform), our return policy aligns with the policies of those suppliers. 

Please review the guidelines below:

Returns Eligibility

Not all items are eligible for return.  Returns are generally accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

You received the wrong item.

The item was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (usually 60 days, depending on the product and shipping method).

Ineligible Items

The following items are typically non-returnable:

Items without original packaging or tags.

Products used, worn, or altered.

“Buyer’s remorse” returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size/color ordered unless the mistake was on our part).

Return Process

Contact Bonkers at bonkersfortechtoys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

Please provide photo or video evidence if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If approved, we will provide return instructions (Note:  Returns are direct to supplier and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified).

Please do not return items to our corporate office address as they will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

In cases of non-delivery, you may request a full refund after 60 days from the shipping date if tracking does not show a confirmed delivery.

Exchanges

Due to international logistics, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or variation, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Returns - Supplier Discretion

Some refunds or replacements may depend on our supplier's approval.  We will do our best to advocate for you and resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
